TONAB Architecture PLLC, a merger between Terrence O'Neal Artchitect LLC & ACB Architect PLLC, has created extensive expertise in multiple types of building construction, including Supportive and Affordable Housing, Educational & cultural institutions, and large scale commercial projects. The firm has designed projects managed by DASNY and funded by organizations such as the NYS Office for People with Development Disabilities (OPWDD) and the NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).

ACB Architect, PLLC has many years of expertise in the airline industry and has completed projects for the Port Authority of NY & NJ, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Jet Blue Airways and for many tenants at numerous airports around the country.

TONAB is modeled on a single principle: that architecture can, and should, have a positive impact on the lives of people. The firm is comprised of experts at helping not-for-profits create residential spaces that nurture their clients. Some of our clients include Covenant House, United Bronx Parents, Acacia Network, Safe Horizon, Allen AME Development, NYCHA and NYC School Construction Authority.

Terrence O'Neal FAIA, LEED AP has over 25 years of experience as a firm principal. He served as managing principal for several housing projects, such as the full renovation of Covenant House  New York's flagship facility at 41st Street and 10th Avenue, the Lorraine Montenegro Women and Children's Residence, Bronx, NY for Acacia Network, and a group home for teenagers for Safe Horizon.

Anthony C. Baker, RA, FARA is an architect with over 30 years' experience as a principal and founder. In addition to the airport projects, he was managing principal of the Allen AME Development Corp. housing project, a 54-unit development in Queens. He was also principal-in-charge of several projects funded by OASAS, including the Methadone Maintenace Program Facility for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and several OASAS-funded feasibility studies.

Their knowledge base in architectural design, planning, and interiors provides clients with the skill and creativity to solve design issues to best service large entities as well as communities at risk.
